    • Come join us for a fun weekend to help us repair 5 km/3 miles of our Equestrian Trail through the Larose Forest! Due to the condition of that portion of trail, we have had to bypass it, using more road surface than normal (hence the "road trip" name!). Help us get the trails back into the condition we all know and love!

      If you can't make it, please consider donating towards our fundraising efforts. You can etransfer to the same email as the registration payments or directly to the fundraiser at: https://www.oatrec-crero.ca/fundraisers--collecte-de-fonds.html

      Participants will be sent a pledge form to collect pledges. The person raising the most funds will win a nearly new Polar Equine Healthcheck heart rate monitor! Never guess if you have met parameter again!

  • OCTRA Non-member fee $20 (weekend) – applies to both Jr and Sr participants
  • EC Entries require EC Bronze Sport License
  • Entries received after June 30, 2026, $20 late fee applies
  • Complete entries must include full payment (cheque or e-transfer to twobadges@netflash.net), On-line entry form available on the OCTRA website: octra.wildapricot.org  
  • Copies of 2026 memberships, proof of $1,000,000 insurance coverage, and EHV vaccination (previous 6 months+21days) can be uploaded through the website/members app.
  • Coggins Test (EIA) is no longer required as per OCTRA Rule Change for 2026
  • Refunds subject to $20 admin fee with receipt of DVM/MD note if entry withdrawn prior to competition or DNS scorecard signed by Head Control Judge, approved by manager and submitted at ride site (No Note, No Scorecard, No Show = No Refund)
