Set Speed: Bronze Level 6.5-11.3kmph/4-7mph; Silver Level 8-13kmph/5-8mph; Gold Level 8-16kmph/5-10mph

  •          Camping fee of $10/rig for the weekend
  •         OCTRA Non-member fee $20 (weekend) – applies to both Jr and Sr participants
  •          AERC Non-member fee $15.00 for each AERC event entered (please note change to AERC day fee structure
  •          introduced by AERC for 2024) – applies to both Jr and Sr participants
  •          Entries received after September 25, 2026, $20 late fee applies
  •          Complete entries must include full payment (cheque or e-transfer to twobadges@netflash.net), On-line entry form octra.wildapricot.org (or OCTRA standard ride entry form), plus copies of 2026 memberships, proof of $1,000,000 insurance coverage and EHV vaccination (previous 6 months+21days).
  •          Refunds subject to $20 admin fee with receipt of DVM/MD note if entry withdrawn prior to competition or DNS scorecard signed by Head Control Judge, approved by manager and submitted at ride site (No Note, No Scorecard, No Show = No Refund)

**50 MILE AHA REGION 18 ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFICATIONS:

1)    To compete in an AHA Regional Championship Endurance Ride, a horse must:

a.     Be registered with the Arabian Horse Association, the Canadian Arabian Horse Registry or the Canadian Partbred Arabian Register, and a copy of the registration papers filed with ride management prior to the start of the ride

b.    Have successfully completed at least 100 lifetime miles of competition, of which up to 50 miles may be earned in an AHA regional or National Championship Competitive Trail Ride.  All endurance competition miles must be from AHA, AERC, FEI or Endurance Canada Recognized/Sanctioned accredited endurance rides of a minimum of 50 miles distance (BOD 8/01) (BOD 5/12)

c.     Ride name, length, date and location of qualifying rides must be listed on the entry form for the AHA Regional Championship Ride

d.    The horse is qualified rather than the rider.  One rider may qualify more than one horse. A horse may be qualified by more than one rider
